How to delete your data

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Gyrify and would like your data removed, you have two options:

Option 1 — Delete your Gyrify account (recommended)

1. Sign in to your Gyrify account at the Gyrify app

2. Go to Settings → Account

3. Click Delete account

This permanently deletes all your data from our systems, including any Facebook or Instagram data we retrieved on your behalf.

Option 2 — Email us

If you no longer have access to your account, email us at help@gyrify.ai with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What data we hold

When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, Gyrify retrieves:

• Your Facebook Page names, follower counts, and post engagement metrics

• Your Instagram business account username, follower counts, post reach, and impressions

We do not store your personal Facebook or Instagram passwords. We store only the access tokens required to read your analytics, and the analytics data itself.
